School Profile

Our program is available to Affton residents and provides the following:

  • Certified Teaching Staff— Most of our staff have Bachelor Degrees and some have Graduate Degrees in Education
  • Therapists on staff—Occupational & Physical Therapist and Speech & Language Pathologists
  • Low Teacher/Child Ratio
  • Developmentally appropriate experiences based on your child’s diverse strengths, interests, and needs
  • Children must be three years of age by August 1 to enter our school

Affton’s early childhood educational program will offer:

Half day preschool for either two or four days a week. AM session time is 8:30-11:30 for three & four year olds. PM session time is 12:15-3:15 for older four & five year olds who will be graduating on to kindergarten.

Full day preschool for either two, three or five days a week. Sessions will be 8:30am3:15pm. This program includes lunch and snacks for the student. (Students enrolled in our full day program can take advantage of before and after care for an additional fee.)

A Summer full day program will be available. Information will be available on our website in April.

Monthly parent involvement activities and special events. Past events include Eckerts Apple Picking, Trunk or Treat, Winter Concert, a Rodeo, Art Show, Circus and a year end graduation ceremony with cap and gowns for our graduating five year olds.
